Usernames and Passwords

You also authorize Workerty to assume that anyone using the site with your username and password is you or is authorized to act for you.

Giving content to Workerty means that you are providing us a grant of a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and undeniable right to exercise any copyright and trademark publicity, including database rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future.
Acknowledgments and agreements:
- Our only purpose is to act as an online portal distributing user content. We have the right to take/ not take action accordingly concerning your content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to our Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that we may use certain third-party vendors and service providers to process payments and manage your Payment Method information.
By providing Payment Method information through the site, you represent, warrant, and covenant that (a) You are legally authorized to provide such information to us; (b) You are legally authorized to perform payments using the Payment Method(s); and (c) such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to your use of such Payment Method(s) or applicable law.
When you authorize a payment using a Payment Method via the site, you represent a warrant and covenant that sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the payment using the designated Payment Method.
All payments made via Workerty are secured and protected. You can pay with your preferred payment solution on our website when posting your ads and selecting featured options.
FEEDBACKS
All feedback should be written according to the website's terms and conditions, without abusive or offensive language, even if the feedback is negative. Both service users have the right to report any abusive, offensive, or insulting feedback ratings.
Any feedback reported as defamatory will be removed, and the user account might be suspended or terminated. Any attempts to contemplate a positive feedback rating, such as offering or threatening, should be reported immediately to the Workerty support team.
Such action can lead to the user's temporary account restrictions. Repeated reports of the specific occurrence will lead to user account termination.
Workerty Fees:
We do not charge the site users any commission, marketing, or membership fees. An extra payment can occur only at your own will, that includes the company listing fees and the featured option plans.
Ads Listing
Ads listing is free of charge; however, we do have optional ad posting feature plans. If you wish your ads to stand out and to increase your chance to receive offers, you can select any of our Ads features listing Plans. According to the chosen plan, your Ads will be featured on our homepage, category, or as urgent.

Administration fee for Dormant account:
If a User has not logged in to their Workerty account for 12 months or more, we will terminate the user's account.
