OFFERS

Buyers can show interest in ads by making an offer to the seller, but you can only send offers to ads that display the "open to offers" icon and have a "send offer" button alongside it. 
You'll see all offers you sent in your profile under "Purchases." While buyers decide whether to accept or reject the offer, it will say "pending." If they say no, it will show as "rejected," and you might get more info in your email. If they say yes, it will show as "accepted & payment details sent," and you'll receive an email with payment info.
